SIG-Style Problem-Solving Assessment
Modelled on Susquehanna's pre-resume Problem-Solving Assessment: 17 mixed probability and logic items drawn from a recycled bank where only the numbers change between candidates. This sitting uses the ~20-minute internship clock; full-time candidates get the same bank at 60 minutes.
Format
- 17 items in 20 minutes - the internship-length sitting of a 60-minute full-time test.
- Mixed bank: gambler's ruin, random walks, lattice paths, Bayes, dice EV, optimization, deductive logic.
- No negative marking. An educated guess is always better than a blank.
- No going back. Answer or skip, and the next item loads.
- The real bank is famously recycled with fresh numbers - which is exactly how this one regenerates per attempt.
