A share trades at $78.75. The $75 call expiring in 12 months is $9.12 and the $75 put is $2.25. The rate is 3.86% continuously compounded, there are no dividends, and the options carry a 100 multiplier. How much does 50 lots of the conversion lock in today?

The negation of "all" is "at least one is not", which is the weakest claim that contradicts "all". It does not say how many. "None" is far stronger, "most" puts a number on it that the sentence never gave, and "exactly one" pins it down even further. All three add information the original sentence does not contain.

What is the smaller angle between the hands of a clock at 5:35, in degrees?

Answer 42.5

The hour hand sits at (30°×5 + 0.5°×35) mod 360 = 167.5° and the minute hand at 6°×35 = 210°. The gap is 42.5°, and the smaller of that and 317.5° is 42.5°. The half-degree a minute of hour-hand drift is the part that gets dropped.
