The HackerRank modules a Quantitative Strategist applicant is assigned: 30 minutes of coding, then 22 minutes of multiple-choice maths over probability, statistics, calculus and linear algebra. Two separate clocks, 52 minutes end to end.

Sections

• Software Fundamentals - 2 items, 30 minutes, no negative marking. Two problems, 30 minutes. Implement each function and run it against the hidden tests. Assigned to every applicant, whatever the role.
• Math - 10 items, 22 minutes, no negative marking. Ten multiple-choice items, 22 minutes. Calculus and linear algebra with probability and statistics alongside. Assigned on top of the coding module to Quantitative Strategist applicants.
